Welcome to the Richmond Medical Center’s Transportation Demand Management site. This site highlights the programs and services available to assist you with your commute.

Take advantage of the Guaranteed Ride Home program and the Commuter Spending Account program. Ride the free Kaiser shuttle from the Richmond or the Del Norte BART stations.

Carpool, vanpool, use transit, or bicycle, or walk to work. There is a commute option for you--even if only for two or three days of the week, cumulatively, we can make a difference!

Kaiser Richmond Medical Center is in compliance with the City of Richmond's Commuter Benefits Ordinance 22-09 N.S., Chapter 9.62 of the City of Richmond Municipal Code, which calls for the protection of the public health, safety and the environment.

The Commuter Benefits Ordinance encourages commuters, through the worksite, to use public transit, vanpools, carpools, biking, telecommuting and alternative work schedules.

The City of Richmond Commuter Benefit Program will help the City achieve its goal to reduce CO2 emissions within the City of Richmond to 2000 levels by 2010, 1990 levels by 2020 and 80% below 1990 levels by 2050.

Thank you.
